The Rockwall County Library is pleased to announce the latest service for its patrons – downloadable E Audiobooks and video for adults, children and teens from Recorded Books and NetLibrary.
Books: The library now offers hundreds of digital audiobook titles that you can download to your home computer and play from the computer as a .wma file or transfer to any compatible portable audio player. You can see a list of compatible players at www.playsforsure.com (note that Apple products, including the iPod are not currently compatible and that the files will not play if burned to a CD). You will be able to choose from bestsellers, classics and the award winning Pimsleur Language Series. There are also over 200 children’s books to choose from including the American Girl Series, the Redwall Series, Black Beauty and Anne of Green Gables. More titles will be added monthly.

- Unlimited copies are available, so there are no more holds to worry about.
